Peter Magistro, Founder of the company, holds a master’s degree in Finance from Fordham University. Peter began his real estate career in 1972 buying properties in the Bronx and Long Island while pursuing a career at Citibank, where he attained the title of Vice President. His positions within Citibank included Financial Controller, Real Estate Loan Underwriter, and Facilities Director of Real Estate Management/Design and Construction. Peter is active in the community, sponsoring the education of young people, and for many years donating his time to volunteer as the supervising chef of the Bread and More Soup Kitchen in Long Island. Currently, he serves on the board of supportive housing provider CUCS and is a member of Enterprise’s NY Advisory Board.

Samantha Magistro, Co-Managing Director, began her professional career at Bronx Pro in 2000. After four years of working on tax credit compliance, Samantha joined the company full-time to work on the University Macombs Apartments project as an Assistant Project Manager. While pursuing post-graduate studies at Columbia, Samantha remained active in her field, interning at the Manhattan's Borough President's Office and holding a part-time position as a Project Manager at Enterprise Community Partners. Upon completion of her graduate degree, Samantha returned to Bronx Pro full-time in August 2008 to lead real estate development. She is an active board member of the Supportive Housing Network of New York, the DreamYard Project, Citizen’s Housing and Planning Council, and the Foundation for Bronx Community College. Samantha has a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College and a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University.

Morgan Magistro, Co-Managing Director, began her professional career with Bronx Pro in 2004 and joined the company full-time as a Financial Analyst in 2006. By 2009, Morgan was given direct control of the financial operations of Bronx Pro’s property management and development. During her time at Bronx Pro, Morgan successfully restructured the company’s financial systems by implementing profit-seeking budgets and forecasting systems to identify key financial control points and strategies for Bronx Pro’s asset management. Morgan has a Bachelor of Arts from New York University and Master of Business Administration from Fordham University.

Justin Stein, Senior Vice President, joined Bronx Pro in 2014. Justin has over 14 years of real estate development, construction and real estate finance experience. He worked as a Project Manager for a contractor and real estate developer, completing multifamily rental, condominium, mixed use and commercial developments throughout the tri-state area. He then joined Enterprise Community Investment where he was a Tax Credit Equity Underwriter, responsible for the underwriting and closing of the new construction and preservation of 1,360 units that had total project costs of over $443 million and equity investments of over $200 million. At Bronx Pro, he is responsible for the development and construction of new projects. Justin has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley College.

Jaye Fox, Director of Development at Bronx Pro since November, 2018, has over two decades of experience in affordable housing and community development. Prior to Bronx Pro, Jaye served as Director of Housing at the Women’s Housing and Economic Development Corporation (WHEDco), overseeing the asset management of WHEDco’s housing and community facilities, as well as the development of Bronx Commons, a $170 million mixed-income, mixed-use project. Immediately prior to WHEDco, Jaye served as the Director of Multi-Family / Affordable Housing for the New York State Governor's Office of Storm Recovery. After early positions with NYC HPD and L&M Development Partners, she spent the bulk of her career as an independent consultant. As such, she served both for-profit and non-profit clients in structuring deals, responding to RFPs, and navigating projects through closing, construction, and lease-up. Jaye's experience has been enriched by a variety of side projects which inform her perspective on housing and development. These include a period of time spent as co-owner of a small but challenging rental property, and also assisting the Pratt Center with a policy paper suggesting the viability of Inclusionary Housing. She also served on the Board of Brooklyn Community Board #1 during the Williamsburg-Greenpoint rezoning, as well as the Boards of the New York State Affordable Housing Association (NYSAFAH), and the Association for Neighborhood and Housing Development (ANHD). Jaye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Growth and Structure of Cities from Bryn Mawr College.

Eddy Antar, Senior Vice President, joined Bronx Pro in 2012. Eddy has over 12 years of real estate investment, finance, leasing and due diligence experience. Prior to Bronx Pro, he spent the last 9 years as the Vice President of Acquisitions of a private firm with a 600,000 square foot retail and office portfolio in both Texas and New York. He handled every aspect of the acquisitions process from initial sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, seller and lender negotiations, to closing. In 2009, his scope increased to include retail leasing and property management and was able to maintain a portfolio-wide 95% occupancy rate in 2010 and increase property management revenues by 30% that same year. At Bronx Pro, he is responsible for the financial operations of the firm’s real estate portfolio and related entities. Eddy has a Bachelor of Science from Baruch College in Real Estate and Metropolitan Development. In 2010, he co-founded Baruch’s Real Estate Alumni organization.

Julie Woinsky, Director, joined Bronx Pro in 2006. Julie is responsible for the initial lease-up of all newly constructed and renovated properties and for regulatory compliance. Julie initially served as Bronx Pro’s Director of Resident Services, where she was responsible for implementing a team within Bronx Pro to address supportive services and tenant needs in the areas of eviction prevention and benefits advocacy. Julie has 25 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Prior to joining Bronx Pro, Julie worked as an Associate Director in Standard & Poor’s Tax-Exempt Housing and Municipal Structured Finance Group. Julie also enjoyed a 14-year career at the New York City Housing Authority, where she was responsible for the planning and implementation of innovative homeownership and rental affordable housing programs. Julie holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy Analysis from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University.

Dawn S. Davis, Executive Vice President, joined Bronx Pro in 2004 to work on the University Macomb Project. Prior to joining the firm, she enjoyed a 10-year career as a lending officer in community development real estate finance at Citibank (formerly European American Bank) and JP Morgan Chase. While in banking, Dawn underwrote and closed over $133 million in construction and permanent financing for real estate transactions, valued in excess of $250 million, resulting in the creation of 1,700 housing units and 119,000 SF of commercial space in New York City and Long Island. Prior to banking, Dawn held various positions in city government with the NYC Economic Development Corporation, Department of Business Services, and Department of Parks and Recreation. Dawn has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Columbia College, Columbia University and a master's degree in Urban Planning from New York University. In 2010 Dawn concluded a six-year term as mayoral appointee to the NYC Water Board.

Jennifer Anne’, Director of Risk Compliance, joined Bronx Pro in March of 2006. Prior to joining the organization, Jennifer led teams in customer service, project management, operations, and executive administration. She has nearly 35 years of experience in corporate management, legal, insurance, and human resources development. Jennifer is currently responsible for Risk Management and Human Resources. Previously, she has also led the Quality Control and Resident Services teams. Active in community affairs, Jennifer has served on boards supporting women business owners and community development. Jennifer holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University’s School of Industrial Relations.
