Bronx Pro's residential population is composed almost entirely of low and moderate income households. We seek to improve the quality of life and increase opportunities for self-sufficiency for our tenant population.   Our resident services group is committed to:

  • Assessing tenants’ social service needs and referring them to appropriate service providers within the community

  • Assist tenants by analyzing their income and expenses and working with them to maximize their participation in various entitlement and work-support programs

  • Increasing the stability of families transitioning from homeless shelters to permanent housing
