Peter Magistro, Founder of the company, holds a master’s degree in Finance from Fordham University. Peter began his real estate career in 1972 buying properties in the Bronx and Long Island while pursuing a career at Citibank, where he attained the title of Vice President. His positions within Citibank included Financial Controller, Real Estate Loan Underwriter and Facilities Director of Real Estate Management/Design and Construction. Peter is active in community, sponsoring the education of young people and for many years donating his free time to volunteer as the supervising chef of the Bread and More Soup Kitchen in Long Island.
